What if how you lose belly fat has more to do with making simple little adjustments than it does counting calories, having a fitness routine, dropping fat from your diet, and weight loss fads or programs that don't work in the long-term anyway? Most of us who have been challenged with weight issues for years feel like we're on the never ending rat wheel of "Dieting" and just can't seem to get off. In fact, the word "Diet" has a pretty negative connotation these days because it immediately causes a twinge in our gut reminding us that we still haven't lost that weight. Most diets offer great advice. The problem isn't the advice, it's putting that advice into action and sticking with it.
